A&P Mechanic

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various aircraft to ensure they are in compliance with safety regulations and standards. The A&P Mechanic will play a crucial role in maintaining the airworthiness of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of airframe, powerplant, and propeller systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems in aircraft systems and components.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs including replacing parts, servicing engines, and adjusting systems as needed.
Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and meet safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification from an FAA-approved training program.
Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of aircraft systems.
Strong knowledge of airframe systems, powerplant systems, and propeller systems.
Proficiency with various tools and diagnostic equipment used in aircraft maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and documentation effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality in all work performed.
