ABM Marketing Director

Position Overview
The ABM Marketing Director will lead our Account-Based Marketing strategy, driving targeted campaigns and initiatives to engage high-value accounts. This role is essential for aligning marketing and sales efforts to achieve revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns for key accounts.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of ABM initiatives.
Manage tools and technologies such as SalesForce, HubSpot, and 6Sense to enhance marketing efforts.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in ABM tactics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in ABM and demand generation strategies.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SalesForce, HubSpot, and 6Sense.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
