Salary: $90k-$110k
Requirements: Professional experience in a similar role working for a General Contractor. Experience on commercial (or related) projects.

This is for a full time / Permanent APM opening for a well-established design-build general contractor.

They specialize in various construction ground-up and TI projects including, commercial, medical, and industrial facilities. Due to our consistent growth, they are currently hiring for Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records for all project activities.

What You Need for this Position

Professional experience in a similar role working for a general contractor
Experience on Commercial or Industrial projects
Ground-up and TI experience would be helpful
Bachelors in Construction (or related) is a plus
