Job Title: Associate Attorney
Location: Boston, MA
Salary Rate: $160,000 - $175,000
My client is a well-respected firm in Boston, MA . We are seeking an attorney with experience in corporate transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years . If that sounds like you, please apply!
What You Will Do:
Advise businesses through all stages of growth, from formation to exit.
Work directly with business owners and leadership teams on a range of legal and strategic matters, including:
Corporate governance
Commercial contracts
Strategic partnerships
Executive recruitment and incentive structures
Private financing rounds
Mergers and acquisitions
Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel across a variety of industries.
Collaborate in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote, subject to business needs).
Skills Required:
3-5 years of experience in corporate/transactional law, ideally in a law firm setting.
Active license to practice law in Massachusetts.
Strong drafting skills and high attention to detail.
Effective communicator with excellent organizational and technology skills.
Proven ability to interact directly with clients and manage relationships.
Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
Experience in commercial real estate (acquisitions, leasing, financing) is a plus.
