My client is a well-respected firm in Providence, RI, who have a practices area covered. We are seeking an attorney with experience in civil litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate would have court experience and have dual RI/MA bar admission. If that sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Do:

Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal materials.
Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
Provide strategic advice to clients and develop case strategies.
Handle courtroom appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case management.

Requirements:

3+ years of civil litigation experience.
Active RI bar admission, dual MA bar admission is beneficial.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and high-volume caseloads.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
