Bankruptcy Attorney (Jr. and Sr. Openings)

Position Overview
We are seeking two knowledgeable and experienced Bankruptcy Attorneys to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of bankruptcy laws and corporate restructuring processes to provide expert advice and representation to clients facing financial challenges. This role requires a proactive approach to developing strategies that facilitate successful outcomes for clients in various corporate transactions and litigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on bankruptcy filings and restructuring processes.
  • Represent clients in bankruptcy court and negotiate with creditors.
  • Draft legal documents related to bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.
  • Conduct legal research to support cases and stay updated on relevant laws.
  • Assist in corporate transactions and ensure compliance with corporate law standards.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to strategize case approaches.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Passed the bar
  • Jr. 2+ years of experience in corporate law
  • Sr. 7+ years of experience with at least 2nd chair experience
  • Interest in bankruptcy and restructuring law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, open to wearing multiple hats
  • Ideal candidate is flexible with doing a mix of litigation and transactional work
