Job Title: Bookkeeper - Real Estate
Job Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, Bonus Potential, Ownership in Deals Potential
Requirements: 5+ Years Leading Bookkeeping for a $10-40Mil portfolio

We are a small family owned commercial property management and real estate investment firm with a portfolio of close to $40mil looking for a new bookkeeper to manage all the books internally. We allow for a lot of flexibility and can even let this person be an owner within our real estate transactions as well!

If you are a Bookkeeper - Commercial Property Management/Brokerage with experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

"Bookkeeping i.e. data entry, reports, account reconciliations
" General office support i.e. ordering supplies, assisting with various Excel and Word projects/tasks.
" Review and file documents i.e. leases
" Answer the phones and greet people in the front office.
" Assist with organizing the office and streamlining work for the team.
" Other duties as assigned.

What You Need for this Position

" Experience in real estate accounting, is a major plus.
" 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping.
" 2+ years experience using QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Desktop
" 2+ years of experience handling administrative duties for an office
