This is a post sales support role for a civil engineer or construction management professional and the career path would be regional sales manager in civil construction technology.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct construction site inspections in the field overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Provide post-sales technical support and guidance to field teams on engineering issues and construction methods.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Identify potential issues on-site and provide solutions to mitigate risks and delays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management
Exceptional communication, customer relations, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must currently reside in Central Florida
Proven experience in jobsite, construction oversight
Strong knowledge of civil design, construction methods, materials, and regulations
Familiarity with project management and civil design software and tools
Huge plus if you have your EIT or PE License
