Position Overview: The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing the commercial painting and coatings projects, providing accurate estimates for new projects, and overseeing the daily operations of the related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Implement safety protocols on the job sites to ensure all safety standards are met.
Manage the entire project life-cycle, from start-up to completion.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide accurate progress reports to the client.
Ensure proper materials and supplies are ordered and used.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
Hire and train staff to ensure proper implementation of protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management and estimating, with a focus on commercial painting and coatings.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
