Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $130k-$150k
Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on ground-up projects or TI Projects (Hiring for two positions)

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with projects spanning across Commercial, K-12, Industrial, etc.

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent who has a background in either Ground-Up or TI projects.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Monitor construction progress
Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

5+ Years of related experience
Experience on ground-up projects or TI Projects
Well rounded project experience across any of the following: Municipal, Commercial, Industrial, Schools, public works, healthcare, etc.
Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
Experience with structural concrete / structural Steel
MEP experience is a plus
