What You Will Be Doing

Designing and developing new firearm products and accessories.
Creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks and/or other CAD software.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and manufacturability standards.
Conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure project goals are met.
Performing simulations and analyses to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
Participating in prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.
Continuously improving existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
Documenting design processes, specifications, and test results.

What You Need for This Position

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience in the Firearms Industry
3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the firearms or related industry.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and materials science.
Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for firearms and a commitment to quality and innovation.
Constant standing, walking, carrying, pulling/pushing, bending, seeing, kneeling, stooping, reaching, hearing
Regularly lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
