EBP Audit Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EBP Audit Manager to lead our employee benefit plan audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage employee benefit plan (EBP) audits from planning through completion.
Review and analyze client financial statements and audit findings to provide insights and recommendations.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance on technical issues and career development.
Ensure compliance with ERISA regulations and other industry standards during audits.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit processes, findings, and recommendations.
Prepare and present audit reports to clients and management teams.
Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit management.
Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and employee benefit plans.
Proven experience managing audit teams and client relationships.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
