Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrician / Foreman to lead our electrical projects in commercial, industrial, and healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and possess leadership skills to manage teams effectively while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices on-site.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial, industrial, and healthcare environments.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical installations.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems and make necessary upgrades or repairs.
Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial and industrial settings.
Experience in healthcare electrical systems is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
