HVAC Project Manager/Service Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager/Service Manager to oversee and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of commercial HVAC installations and service operations while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HVAC projects, including planning, execution, and closing phases.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee the installation and service of heating and cooling systems in commercial settings.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians and service teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality control.
Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Service Manager in the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications in HVAC, project management, or construction management preferred.
