Inside Sales Engineer

Position Overview
The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support to our clients and customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, preparing estimates, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and assist with product selection.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Support the sales process by delivering product presentations and demonstrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Familiarity with estimating and proposal preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Daikin products is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
