Title: IP Litigation Resource Attorney - Non-Client facing role, Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Location: Palo Alto, San Diego, Boston, New York, Washington DC - (Relocation Assistance Available)

Salary: $225,000-$325,000 - Depending on Experience

Requirements: 5+ years as a licensed Attorney, US Patent Litigation, Trade Secret Litigation, PTAB, ITC, strong drafting and organizational skills, handle multiple projects, Intellectual Property (IP)

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping current on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the IP Litigation group.
Developing topics for and assisting in the preparation of client alerts, white papers, blog posts and similar publications.
Developing practice resources that will enhance the exchange of know-how within the groups and facilitate interaction with clients and prospective clients.
Creating, maintaining and updating archives of work product and know-how.
Assisting with coordination of speaking arrangements, webinars and materials.
Non-Client Facing, no bill time/hours

What You Need For This Role:

5+ years as a licensed attorney, patent litigation, intellectual property, trade secret experience
Mastery of the substantive area of practice undertaken by the IP Litigation Group
Detailed drafting ability required for documentation, attention to detail, organizational skills
Experience with Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), International Trade Commission (ITC)
BAR admissions in your state preferred
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school preferred
