Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and representation to our clients in various labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation and trial management. If you have 2+ years or experience and are looking for and opportunity for growth, we want to talk to you! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigations related to labor disputes.
  • Manage trial preparations and present cases in court as necessary.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment issues.
  • Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related claims.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Licensed to practice in the state of GA
  • 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Proven experience in trial management and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of labor law and employment law principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
