Lateral Attorney - Book of Business Preferred

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lateral Attorney with a strong book of business to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in various legal practices and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, providing expert legal advice and representation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions across various practice areas.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

Jurisdictional licensing as an attorney in good standing.
Proven track record of business development and client management.
Strong skills in litigation, real estate, estate planning, and corporate law.
Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
