Legal Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our team in managing personal injury cases. The Legal Assistant will provide essential support to our attorneys by managing case files, conducting research, and assisting with legal documentation to ensure seamless operations and optimal client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administration and a passion for assisting clients through their legal journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence
Manage case files and maintain organization of legal records
Conduct research on relevant legal issues and case law
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for legal team
Prepare and file documents with courts and administrative agencies
Assist in trial preparation and support during court proceedings

Qualifications

Experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
Experience with litigation
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Familiarity with personal injury law and legal terminology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
