Job Title: Maintenance Manager - Beverage Manufacturing
Job Location: Topeka, KS - ON-SITE - Must be within commutable distance
Salary: $100k-$125k - Depending on experience
Requirements: 7+ years in Maintenance Management, Food/Beverage Manufacturing, Lean/Six-Sigma, Automation, TPM, Conveyors, PLC's, Troubleshooting/Repair, Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical

What You Will Be Doing:

You will manage and oversee the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, while achieving all safety, quality, and cost KPI's. You will also balance the demands of our day-to-day production environments, with our forward-thinking culture of Lean/Six-Sigma and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading the execution of our capital improvements, and all maintenance activities. This Manager will oversee a team of 8 Maintenance Technicians and report to the Plant Manager, and Director of Engineering and Maintenance.

What You Need for this Position:

5+ years as a Maintenance Manager, Food Manufacturing preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or other related fields
Lean/Six-Sigma belt highly desired, Green or Black Belt preferred
Troubleshoot and Repair PLC's, Conveyor Systems, HVAC, packaging/bottling lines
Mechanical/Electrical aptitude and experience with machinery upgrades
Continuous Improvement emphasis and willingness to implement systems and procedures
Experience overseeing all departments including: Safety and Maintenance
Knowledge and experience of Budgeting/CAPex projects
Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
