Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Location: Royersford, PA
Salary: $28 - $37 per hour (DOE)
Requirements: Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe/electrical systems / Ability to read and interpret machine drawings, electronic schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals / Ability to diagnose issues with HMI, Drives, and Power Supplies

Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:

- Basic Math proficiency
- Ability to use Word Processing and Spreadsheet software
- Previous experience working with production staff and upper management

What You Will Be Doing

Repair and maintain machinery in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments
Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools; starts devices to test performance
Monitor, track, and report environmental data related to emissions, wastewater, hazardous materials, and other environmental factors
Adjust functional parts of devices; Repairs or replaces defective parts; Installs special functional and structural parts in devices; lubricates and cleans parts; uses various tools and devices to make and repair parts.
Initiates purchase orders for parts and equipment
Follow all OSHA regulations such as confined spaces, LOTO, PPE, etc
Ability to work all shifts (including weekends) and on-call for plant emergencies
Sets the highest ethical standards for self and others
