Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, with a focus on trial work and class action lawsuits. This role aims to advocate for clients' rights and secure fair compensation for their injuries.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including trial and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to build strong cases
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
Advise clients on their legal rights and options for pursuing claims
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Prepare and present cases in court, effectively arguing on behalf of clients
Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen case outcomes
Stay up to date on personal injury laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience as a personal injury attorney, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes
Experience in trial law and class action litigation is preferred
Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
A commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practices
