Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and trial practices, with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases from inception to resolution
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Provide clients with legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process
Prepare for and represent clients in trial as necessary
Maintain accurate case files and documentation
Stay up to date with developments in personal injury law and litigation practices

Qualifications

Jurisdictional license to practice law in the state of Texas
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
Strong litigation and trial experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practice
