Position Overview
The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and leading a team of plumbers to deliver high-quality workmanship. This role involves coordinating installation, maintenance, and repair activities while managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, providing training and support
Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee high workmanship standards
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
Coordinate with other trades and contractors on job sites
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Assist in the development and implementation of plumbing policies and procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber with supervisory experience
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in project management and scheduling
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to manage budgets and control costs
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Certification or license in plumbing is preferred
