Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Engineer licensed in California to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various engineering disciplines, including construction, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and civil engineering. The primary objective of this role is to provide engineering expertise and leadership on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
Conduct design and analysis of engineering systems and structures in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute project objectives effectively.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering designs and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in construction, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
