Position Overview:

Top ENR contractor that operates in New England area that's looking to add PMs in CT and NY. We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for being apart of high profile projects from concept to completion? We're looking for driven Project Managers to join our team and take the reins on some of the most innovative and impactful multifamily projects in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
Lead project meetings and provide direction to project team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5+ YoE (Multifamily projects highly preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
Experience with Procore and MS (Project, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
