Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate high-end custom home projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple high-end custom home construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these benchmarks.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Supervise project teams and subcontractors, providing direction and support as needed.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in high-end custom home construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
