Project Manager - HVAC

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in HVAC to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and final project deliverables to stakeholders.
Utilize project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication.
Ensure compliance with HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and construction practices.
Proficient in project management software including Procore and Bluebeam.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
