Job Title: Commercial Glazier Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Glazier Project Manager to oversee and manage glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing, project management, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Budget Management: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial glazing and project management.
