Project Manager

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will work with the Senior VP to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and to the specified quality standards of the client and local building codes. This role involves collaborating with various clients, managing resources, and maintaining strong client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project.
• Prepare and manage client billings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction, surveying, or engineering industry preferred. 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
