What You Will Be Doing

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, create benchmarks for success and deliverables (including managing budgets) and plan work assignments that meet deadlines requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract.

What You Need for this Position

The construction project manager we are looking for will have at least 5yrs of experience in a Mid to Large, ground up, commercial/healthcare/education/municipal construction project environment.
