Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects, specifically in the multifamily sector. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multifamily commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
- Manage project documentation, including records, reports, and contracts.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved, including clients, contractors, and project teams.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, particularly in multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
