We are an ENR Top 400 builder that has been around since 1890. With over 100+ years of experience as a company, we have expanded into multiple states with work ranging throughout the Upper Northeast. We work in various markets such as Multi-Family, Senior Living, Healthcare, Higher Ed, and many others. We are seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team to help with upcoming work throughout CT.

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare budgets, project plans, & project schedule
- Maintain budget & report status throughout project
- Confirm all permits are in place

- Initial project meetings throughout the project

- Be main point of contact on project
- Track & update project orders

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Construction Management experience
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred

- Ability to manage projects $10M+
- Solid computer skills
- Experience with Procore or other construction software
- Strong leaderships skills
