Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Facilitate Agile and SCRUM processes for efficient project delivery.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and quality standards.
• Support change management initiatives and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM framework.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with risk management and budgeting techniques.
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
