Project Manager - USACE Border Wall

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the USACE Border Wall project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it meets all specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, addressing any potential risks or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction sectors.
  • Proven experience managing federal or government projects, preferably with USACE or NAVFAC.
  • Strong understanding of heavy civil construction, particularly in underground and stormwater utilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
