Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property management including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management and tenant rights.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking for each property.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and aesthetic standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Market available properties to attract potential tenants and minimize vacancy rates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property activities.
Qualifications- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is required.
- Valid Nevada Real Estate License is required.
- Proven experience in property management, specifically in residential and commercial settings.
- Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage tenant relationships effectively.
