Regional Continuous Improvement Manager

Position Overview
The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager will lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities within the region. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality within the Consumer Package Goods and Food Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies in alignment with business goals
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives to drive operational efficiencies
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on continuous improvement methodologies
  • Collaborate with facility leaders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and support Green and Black Belt candidates in their project execution
  • Ensure adherence to TPM and IWS principles throughout the region
  • Conduct Kaizen events to promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement roles within the CPG or Food Manufacturing sectors
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, Green Belt required
  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Scrum methodologies and Agile practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Integrated Work Systems (IWS)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
