We are seeking a highly motivate Roofing Service Salesperson to join our team in the Denver Area. We are looking for someone to drive business and working with various stakeholders to set up long-term maintenance contracts and re-roof projects.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, multi-family owners, and developer
Conduct thorough assessments of client's existing roofing systems to propose effective re-roofing solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, roofing technologies, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, with a focus on re-roofing and service projects.
Experience with coatings, TPO, EPDM, and other commercial roofing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
