Sales Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical sales support and expertise to both internal teams and customers, focusing on our range of boiler and steam systems. This role is essential for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert knowledge and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and generate new business opportunities in the boiler and steam systems market.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the sales process and after installation.
Conduct site visits and assessments to determine customer requirements and provide accurate quotations.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position our products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
4+ years of experience working with external clients in the industrial space ( boilers, HVAC, controls, etc)
Proven experience in technical sales or engineering sales roles, preferably in boiler or steam systems.
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and boilers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
