Senior Accounting Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing financial reporting, and providing strategic insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting team and manage day-to-day financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and reconcile accounts
- Manage taxation and audit processes
- Implement and maintain ERP systems
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
- Monitor and enhance internal controls and compliance measures
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting management
- Proficiency in Epicor accounting software
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with GAAP, variance analysis, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with taxation and audit processes
- Ability to work with ERP systems
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
