Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to oversee our Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of property management, real estate development, and compliance, with a strong focus on financial analysis and budgeting. This role involves managing stakeholders and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of affordable housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage LIHTC development projects from conception to completion.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to LIHTC and affordable housing.
Conduct financial analysis and budgeting for new and existing projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community organizations.
Oversee property management and urban planning aspects of development projects.
Manage construction processes and coordinate with contractors and architects.
Prepare grant applications and proposals to secure funding for affordable housing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on LIHTC projects.
Strong knowledge of property management and affordable housing regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in construction management and urban planning is preferred.
Familiarity with grant writing and securing funding for housing initiatives.
