We are a well established Design/Build General contractor with many current and upcoming projects.

We are currently hiring for an experienced senior project manager. This person will be primarily focused on ground-up commercial or industrial projects exceeding $20M+. He/she will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including planning, budgeting, and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.

What You Need for this Position

10+ years in a Project Manager role at another General Contractor
Experience on multiple ground-up projects exceeding $30M+
Background on projects in either commercial or industrial
Strong understanding of Construction documents
Ability to manage medium and large-scale projects
