Salary: $115,000 - $180,000/year
Requirements: Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license, or strong commitment to becoming licensed, and 5+ years of experience in engineering or construction management.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, highly technical projects from inception to completion. As the primary client liaison, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee the design and execution of new and renovated mission-critical facilities. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for driving results for high-profile clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and resources, adapting to changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers and stakeholders to secure appropriate staffing and resources.
  • Coordinate specialized technical expertise across project disciplines to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Mentor and guide assistant project managers and project coordinators to foster team growth.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license, or strong commitment to obtaining licensure.
  • At least five years of experience in engineering or construction management, with expertise in mission-critical projects.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse, geographically distributed teams using both virtual and in-person collaboration.
  • Understanding of both greenfield and renovation construction projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to meet clients 
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
