The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities

Install and configure machinery and equipment as per specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and repair as necessary.
Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries promptly.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in machine building, repair, and troubleshooting.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
