Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative Speech Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in speech recognition technologies and natural language processing (NLP). This role involves developing and improving automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems and contributing to groundbreaking research in speech processing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize algorithms for speech recognition and natural language processing.
Conduct research on speech processing techniques and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate speech technology into various applications.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of speech recognition systems and propose improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in speech science and technology.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in speech recognition and natural language processing.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
