Sr. Product Manager - Photonics

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager specializing in Photonics to lead the development and market introduction of innovative optical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photonics technology and a proven track record in product management, with the ability to drive the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of product strategies for photonics-related products.
Collaborate with engineering and research teams to drive product development and innovation in optical systems, LEDs, and lasers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in light measurement and remote sensing.
Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market demand.
Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, marketing support, and ongoing product enhancements.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management within the photonics or related industry.
Strong understanding of photonics technologies, including radiometry, photometry, and electro-optics.
Experience in product development and management of optical systems.
Proven skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
