Sr. Wealth Advisor

Job Location: St. Louis, MO
Job Salary: $125-150k + Bonus Potential (No group health insurance available, but can provide financial assistance for health insurance coverage) 

Position Overview
The Sr. Wealth Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth clients. This role involves building strong client relationships, assessing their financial needs, and developing tailored strategies for asset allocation and risk management. The advisor will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing tax and estate planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients.
  • Manage and oversee client investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance reporting of client investments.
  • Assist clients with retirement planning and asset allocation strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on tax optimization and estate planning.
  • Assess and manage investment risks in client portfolios.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial strategies.
  • Utilize financial planning software tools such as Wealthbox, eMoney, and Tamarac.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
  • Certification as a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or similar designation is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management, tax optimization, and estate planning.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and market analysis.
  • Experience with custodial platforms and performance reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
