Project Superintendent

Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing updates as necessary.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely manner.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, semiconductor, data center, and mission critical projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
