Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential construction, with expertise in custom homes, retail, and public works projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site staff.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process to maintain project timelines.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are preferred.
