Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent based in the Inland Empire we are a General Contractor specializing in Public Works & Hospitality projects. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Superintendent with K12, Library, and other Public Works experience to lead projects throughout Southern California.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations on construction sites
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
Review and interpret blueprints and project plans
Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets specified standards
Provide leadership and support to project teams and personnel

Qualifications

Experience with multi-family, K-12, charter, public works, commercial, and tenant improvement projects
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles
Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
Strong focus on site safety and quality control
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Effective communication and team leadership skills
Experience in equipment management and site logistics

Benefits

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
